One day I discovered the most powerful tool... The one that transformed my relationships, career, and confidence
Then came the travels. New York, California, Brazil, St. Petersburg... (Once, I even spent 12 hours standing in Times Square just to see the ball drop. Quite an emotional experience! But once was enough!) And abroad... something magical happened:
I felt myself. Light, free, authentic. And that’s when I started writing, observing, telling stories.
Then came teaching Italian to foreigners. I learned an important thing: words are not enough.
You have to use everything: your body, your voice, your energy, your gaze. You have to create a real connection.
And today, that’s exactly what I do. I teach communication. With a method, yes, but also with empathy.
So, I decided to improve.
And so I did: more skills, more work, more everything. Meanwhile, after my degree in Literature and History, I decided to open an agriturismo to help support the family farm business.
It was like a master’s degree in problem-solving. And that’s when I realized: the real key is communication.
Then came teaching. But not the boring, classical kind. The kind where the lessons are perfectly set up. No, no. I took the textbooks, tore them apart, and rebuilt them like Lego blocks.
I wanted the students to feel what they were learning, not just understand it. And, unbelievably, it worked! I created real connections, tangible results.
"Now go to school and be a good boy." That was the plan, simple, right? My parents really cared about that: "Be good." And I started... from the countryside.
A place where the air is so fresh you wonder if anyone else exists in the world. Trees to climb, my best friend: Pippo, the dog.
He and I spent our days... time-traveling. He’d bark, I’d steer. Because yes, time is relative when you’re that into the game. And of course, my social interactions were limited to him.
At school, however, I was a powerhouse.
Top of the class, precise, always prepared. But the second I stepped outside that context... poof... I vanished.
On the basketball court? Captain, no problem. But the moment someone asked, “How’s it going?” I practically turned invisible.
Then came work. I’d walk in quietly, work hard, and slowly start getting noticed.
At the Arena di Verona, I went from “Who are you?” to managing hundreds of guests every night. A result worth applauding. But always with the feeling that someone else, with fewer results, was getting more applause.
Why I Do What I Do?
One day I discovered the most powerful tool... The one that transformed my relationships, career, and confidence
Taught students. Traveled across continents... always searching for that skill or tool that would help me unlock and express my full potential
I’ve been the top student, the invisible introvert, the overachiever who still didn’t feel seen.
COMMUNICATION
Not just words. But how you show up. How you make people feel. How you tell your story.
I don’t teach “how to sound smart.” I teach you how to sound like yourself — with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

What You Can Expect
A renewed sense of control in how you show up and speak after the 1 session.
I ran at 6 a.m. through snowy Philadelphia in a gray tracksuit, all the way to the legendary Rocky Stairs. Cold? Very. But also, “Adriaaaan!”
I crossed the island of Mykonos on foot, coast to coast. The sun wasn’t out, but the wind definitely was!
I walked across the border between Brazil and Argentina just to get one more stamp in my passport.
I queued at 3 a.m. outside the Italian consulate in Brazil to get a document. Oh, and yes — the office opened at 9.
I spent 30 days in treatment at a Russian spa resort in Essentuki, without speaking a single word of Russian. Peak body language performance.
I lived in a hotel in St. Petersburg for a whole month. Strange, fascinating, surreal.
On Christmas Day, I saw The Nutcracker at the Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg. Pure magic.
I once ordered a single coffee at Café Pushkin in Moscow just to sit there and admire the place. Elegance can be an experience.
I spent New Year’s Eve in Times Square: 10 hours standing in the rain, no bathroom. A mystical experience — in the most physical sense.
Every October during school years, I’d “catch the flu”... but actually, I was out in the fields helping my family harvest kiwis.
At age 7, I was already caring for a beehive and extracting honey. Bees teach patience and respect — if you survive.
I learned how to graft a plant — basically convincing a branch to start a new life on someone else’s trunk, no questions asked.
I once had to wait for Roberto Bolle to finish his shower so he could sign his contract — wearing just a towel — at the Verona Arena. I worked backstage security, right into the dressing rooms!
I coordinated the seating of 3,000 people in 15 minutes for the opening night of a Plácido Domingo concert at the Arena di Verona. Rehearsals ran just a *tiny* bit late…
I (almost) became a pastry chef for my family’s agriturismo. Need a dessert? I can teach you how to make a mille-feuille — and maybe how to stay calm while doing it.
